Joe was very professional and explained the steps that we needed to take and why, giving me confidence in his professionalism. Then the guys came out as scheduled and did a wonderful job. They completely refreshed the kitchen counters, removing water and citrus stains before resealing them. They look brand new. And they also replaced the grout in my shower floor.
The guys were very kind and took care to prevent tracking through the house, and they also cleaned up behind themselves, since it can be a dusty job. I'm very happy with the finished products and would recommend Sir Grout to others.
