Sir Grout was excellent. They came to do the estimate, scheduled 3–4 weeks out, redid our tile shower and seat, and the area looks like new! I cannot wait to start using it. There's a three-day wait to use it, but I'm very happy with the end result.

Joe came by and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. Jeremy did the shower and tub area, and he was outstanding. The work was excellent and he was friendly and very accommodating. He was here for two days and cleaned up daily. Joe also came back for a follow-up to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. We love the job that Sir Grout did. Joe, the owner and estimator, spent a lot of time during the estimate to explain their process and what would be done to our shower. We recently had 4 bathrooms done and both of the guys were amazing. They finished on time and were professional but human! Communication was awesome and they over-answered questions to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them as I will be using them again.
